My name is Justin Jaramillo. I am 19 years old and I live in Chicago. My life hasn't been an easy one. I am an openly gay man, and being gay in todays society isn't always such a peaceful road. Especially when you are being raised by a conservative mother. Just this year alone has been such a struggle for me. My most painful year to date, physically, mentally, and emotionally. I know I am not the only one who faces difficulties so I am writing this blog so that people can relate and see that they are not alone. This is the story of me.
